In commemoration of the 5th apparition of Our Lady of Fatima, we invite all to join us on Friday, September 13, at 7:00 PM for a Rosary Procession in our Ladies honor.

 

Here at St. Peter’s, we hold a Procession each month from May through October to honor the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima to three shepherd children. Held on the 13th of each month, did you know that August happens to be the one month where the apparition did not take place on the 13th. As August 13, 1917 approached, Lucia, Francisco, & Jacinta, the 3 shepherd children, were kidnapped and interrogated about the apparitions. In fact, it was not until the 15th when they were finally released. On August 19th the Virgin Mother finally appeared again to the children, for the 4th month in a row.
